Dining at the St. Bernard
The dining room and the Rathskeller Bar are at the heart of Hotel St. Bernard. Here is where guests gather for breakfast and an informal introduction to the day's activities. And then, after their morning ski lesson, guests return to the dining room for a savory and healthy lunch.
At the end of the day, the guests meet again first for après ski technique talks by Taos ski instructors, and a great dinner with new friends and ski tales.
International cuisine is prepared by our famous chefs and their staff served by your host, Jean Mayer, each evening at 6:30 pm. Meals are served table d'hôte, with platters of the day's menu shared by a tableful of happy skiers. Dinner is available to a limited number of outside guests. The Rathskeller Bar is a local favorite and open to all. In addition to one of the finest wine cellars in the Southwest, our guests here will enjoy a full bar, fun and friendly staff, and live music ranging from jazz to pop and folk for listening and some fun dancing!
The St. Bernard Deck is open for lunch and located on the ski slope! Enjoy a taste of New Mexico with our famous green-chile cheeseburger, other grilled treats, drinks and more!
